Biography: Founded in 1988, the International Campaign for Tibet (ICT) is a monitoring and advocacy group dedicated to promoting human rights and democratic freedoms for the Tibetan people. With a membership in the tens of thousands, ICT has offices in Amsterdam, Berlin, Brussels, London and Washington, DC.
